Krasniqi: Clarify what is a war crime and a crime against humanity

President of the Assembly of Kosovo, Krasniqi said Monday that it is unfair to former members of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), followed for war crimes. According to him, the war crimes themselves have a standard of how they tried. "I think it is happening in Kosovo is not all existing standards for the evaluation of what has been and what a war crime is a crime against humanity, but justice must say its word if either acquit the guilty" he said. Krasniqi commented point of agreement between Pristina and Belgrade, which has to do with the amnesty, saying that the agreement would be treated in a parliamentary session. While the prime minister's proposal for constitutional changes, he praised the Prime Minister's right to send amendments in Parliament.
