Krasniqi: Clarify what is a war crime and a crime against humanity
President of the Assembly of Kosovo, Krasniqi said Monday that it is unfair to former members of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), followed for war crimes. According to him, the war crimes themselves have a standard of how they tried. While the prime minister's proposal for constitutional changes, he praised the Prime Minister's right to send amendments in Parliament.
